Downtown Seattle
We also made a stop at downtown Seattle and visited the Public Market at Pike's Place and watched the flying fish at the fish market, then chowed down on fish and chips.

Are Rich, Joe, and Janet out of sync? Let's assume for example they are singing the alphabet song. It seems clear that Rich would be on "a", while Joey is either on "i" or "r", and Janet has to be on "e". Do we have someone with the necessary skills that could help verify their synchronization?

Nerd alert!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this guy really hiking with a pen neatly tucked into his shirt pocket? And what's that other thing in his pocket, with the top barely visible? Could it be a calculator? Someone needs to search him for extra paper, pencils, and erasers. Is the hot chick following him or about to pass him by?

You have to wonder what's going on in the mind of a mathematician when he is flying a kite. Is he studying relationships of wind vectors with the angle of his kite, testing a new theorem, solving related rate problems, wondering at what point the change in rate of the wind will produce the maximum climb for his kite, or just wondering what will be served for dessert.

Matthew watches with amazement and Steve fumbles with his camera as Daniel shoots off the ground with his experimental rocket pack that he designed after the one he saw in the Kung Fu Panda movie. There was a frightening moment when it looked like he might collide with Jonathan who was parasailing in the same air space.

Taking hard time easy.

Here we have Anna in the prison yard making the best of doing hard time by flying a kite. In eight short months she will be up for parole. I understand she now sports an encrypted tattoo of her prison gang, "The Banana Fish". Notice the yellow kite string handle - all part of the gangs decor.
